Maharani Gitanjali is a princess in Rajasthan in 1973 for a royal family. Her ancestors did not hand over their wealth to the government, despite the fact that every royal family was required to do so at the end of their reign. After two years, in 1975, the then State head of India, Indira Gandhi, proclaims a highly sensitive situation in the country. After being snubbed badly by Gitanjali in 1973, Sanjeev, an influential member of the Congress government, plans to exact his retribution against her. Sanjeev asks army officer Colonel Rudra Pratap Singh to take Gitanjali into custody and seize all of her gold. Rudra adheres to Sanjeev's directions and detains Gitanjali after effectively claiming her gold.
Major Seher Singh and Captain Somesh, Rudra's trusted lieutenants, are asked to move all of the gold to Delhi so that the government can keep it safe. He gives Seher Singh a custom truck with a powerful safe to transport the stolen gold for this purpose. As Rudra and Seher Singh are examining, Sanjana, Gitanjali's confided in helper, is sent by her to listen in on their discussion and get a whiff of their arrangement. After that, Gitanjali devises an entire plan; She desires Sanjana to assist Bhawani Singh in obtaining all of the gold back and, ultimately, her release from jail.
Gitanjali tells her trusted lieutenant Bhawani Singh about the gold and the reasons she keeps it: she needs the money to care for her village's residents. The devoted Bhawani Singh makes a promise to return the gold to Gitanjali, with whom he is romantically involved.
Bhawani Singh, Daliya, Guruji, and Sanjana outline their strategy before setting out on the mission. The truck in which Seher Singh and Somesh, his deputy, are transporting the gold to Delhi is followed by the four. After getting rid of Seher Singh and Somesh, the group takes command of the truck. The task at hand is to open the strong safe, which Guruji is skilled at. Meanwhile, Bhawani Singh and the truck are hotly pursued by Seher Singh, his boss Rudra Pratap Singh, and other army and police officers. The police officer Durjan is approached by the army officers at one point, but Bhawani Singh and his team members defy him.
Bhawani Singh learns that Gitanjali used him for her own happiness and that Seher was her aide before he can return the gold to Gitanjali Devi. Bhawani says that he already knew the bad news about Gitanjali, and that he and his team decided to give gold to the poor people who were hurt by Gitanjali. Gitanjali realizes that she is alone in the desert with a low chance of survival after the war between Seher and Bhawani's team ends, while Bhawani and his team escape.
