Story Lines
In May 2019, the filmmakers planned to begin principal photography in late October 2019 with a 20-day schedule for Gujarat, although shooting began on 25 June 2019, with Sanjay Dutt joining the sets. Devgn joined the sets in late July to shoot the film's opening, climax grouping and a melody in Mandvi. Shooting took place in Bhopal, Kutch, Indore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata. A huge set resembling Pakistan was erected in Bhopal during the schedule in January 2020.
When the film was 90% complete, production on Walk had to be suspended in 2020 due to the coronavirus lockdown in India, and was postponed again due to new shooting regulations. After a gap of 8 months, Devgn resumed shooting on 22 November 2020 in Hyderabad and completed Walk 2021. The last schedule of the film took place during July 2021, and was completed in six days or less.
