StoryLines
In old India, a group of sages in the Himalayas collided with Brahma-shakti, who produced many divine weapons of extraordinary power called astras. The most powerful of them, the Brahmastra, has the potential to end the world. The sages used their personal astras to subdue the unconfirmed Brahmastra and became the Brahmansha, a mystical society to protect the world from the astra's powers.
In present-day Mumbai, Shiva, a circle jockey, is hopelessly infatuated with London-based Isha Chatterjee, who is visiting India for the Durga Puja festival at her grandfather's pandal. Soon, Isha responds and communicates her affection for Shiva. Shiva tells her that he is a vagabond who never knew his father, and that his mother died in a fire when he was a child. Meanwhile, in Delhi, Mohan Bhargava, a researcher and Brahmansh Bhag, is chased at high speed for a piece of the Brahmastra that he defends. Mohan retaliates by using the Vanarastra, but is eventually overpowered by Junoon, who works for a mysterious rogue named Dev. Owned by Junoon, Mohan learns that the second piece of the Brahmastra is preserved in Kashi by a craftsman and classicist named Anish Shetty. Before he can expose the ongoing Kshetra and the lord of the Brahmansha (Ashram), Mohan throws himself out of an overhang.
Shiva dreams of Mohan's experience with passion. He and Isha head towards Kashi to warn Aneesh, however are interfered by Raftaar, who is currently using Mohan's vanarastra. Aneesh defeats him using the Nandi astra before Shiva and Isha walk away. On their way to Himachal Pradesh, where the ashram is found, Junoon and Zor follow them in a truck. Aneesh gives the second piece of the Brahmastra to Shiva and sets off to fight with passion and vigor to be killed. Shiva and Isha are chased by Raftaar to the ashram where after attempting to kill Isha, Shiva kills her using Agnistra. At the ashram, they learn about the other astras and Shiva is forced by Guru Raghu to join Brahmansha for information about his people. He meets other newcomers Rani, Raveena, Sher and Tenzing, who are trained by Raghu to use their personal weapons in the most efficient manner and Shiva also deals with fire. As Junoon draws closer to them, Raghu learns that Shiva is the child of Dev and Amrita, people of former Brahmin lineage. The deva actually wielded the Brahmastra as he was the only person who had the option to control the various astras without a moment's delay.
